“5 stars all the way! Communication was excellent. Anything I needed, they helped with. The space is ! I love the décor. The minute you walk in, you are surrounded by beautiful flowers! I love it! Also, Soire, the owner can help with your other needs like balloon décor too which is very convenient. That way I don't have to pick up balloons and bring them from somewhere else.

“I give Soires Event Space and Décor 5 STAR rating. It is Very Clean, Very Big Venue, Fabulous Decorations for all occasions. They have an Awesome Sound System. The Food was Excellent. Soire also helps with decorations such as Balloons, Center Pieces, etc. which makes everything convenient. The prices are great, and it is close to the West Side Avenue Light Rail. Outstanding Customer Service from Soire and her staff. I will most definitely rent this space again. If you are looking for a 5 Star rating Venue in Jersey City, then Soires Event Space and Décor is the place to go. Thank you Soire. We all had a fabulous time. You are Amazing!!!!”

Regulations
- No smoke machines.
- No fireworks, firesticks, sparklers, etc.
- No loitering outside the premise after event hours.
- No use of tape, glue, or adhesives, of any kind are to be used on the walls or floors in the venue.
- No smoking of any kind inside the venue (Hookahs, Cigarettes, Vapes, etc.)
- No animals of any kind are permitted in the venue.
- No standing on top of venue furniture.
- No alcoholic beverages are permitted to leave the premise opened
- No exceeding the hall capacity limit. (If capacity is passed, security deposit will be forfeited.)
- No open flames of any kind.
